2016 has been the birth year of the “Festival des toupies du mondes” in Loon-plage, along the north coast of France (small village near Dunkerque).
Honor guests were Jakub and Daniel Konecny from Czech Republic, at that time European champions and ITSA ambassadors for Europe.
